What is Ritual Pilates?
We are a traditional, reformer based Pilates studio centered in the heart of Houston. We have some of the industry’s leading instructors whose sole focus are your goals and pushing you to your limits.
What makes Ritual Pilates different from other Pilates studios?
We can answer this several different ways, but it really comes down to our top-tier instructors, incredibly supportive community, chic studio atmosphere, and custom sauna included for all members.
I’ve never done Pilates before, is that okay?
Absolutely! We give you a tour of the facility and an overview of the reformer before your first class. Plus, our instructors call out modifications for each exercise sequence throughout the class so you get to go at your own pace.
Do I have to be super fit to join?
- Our classes are accessible to all fitness levels. Our premier trainers do a fantastic job of identifying who is in each class and they throw out modifications for you to take as you need them.
- So while the person next to you might be a bit more advanced, several other people in class might be taking a breather or a simplified version of the exercise.
What should I wear / bring to my first class?
- Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early so that we have time to give you a tour and introduce you to your trainer. Be prepared to move and get a great sweat! Wear light weight, sweat-wicking apparel and don’t forget your grip socks!
- We have complimentary towel service, filtered water stations, and a retail area.
How do I get started?

How far in advance do I have to sign up for a class?
Our classes fill up pretty quickly so we recommend booking 2-3 days in advance!
Can I do Pilates when injured?
Our workouts can be intense so we recommend that all members have clearance from a doctor or physical therapist to train.
Can I do Pilates when pregnant?
Yes! With doctor’s approval, several of our members have crushed our classes well into their pregnancy. Labor and parenting require strength, stamina, and energy so training is a great way to prepare you for the challenge!
